Will kept his first secret EVER. Will has been notoriously bad at keeping secrets for all of his 5 years of talking life, and this one was tough on him I know (because he told everyone EXCEPT his dad what his present to his dad was.) When it was time to open presents, Straub HAD to open Will's present first - the kid was about to burst. I'm pretty sure Will mostly opened it for him, too. A train ornament for the tree - very sweet.
Tom was violently ill the day before Christmas eve, and right up to the morning of. So he's less animated than usual in these pics because the poor kid was barely keeping it together. He was also exhausted (seems my kids do their best puking in the wee hours of the morning!) He still enjoyed presents and building toys once they were opened.
Tom and Will each got the other a present, and with the gentle guidance from Grandma, they were both the same kind of set so no one cried!
Straub rolls his eyes at me when I dress the boys alike. So this year, we got the boys matching Christmas shirts (like usual) with the added bonus of getting my dad and Straub matching shirts as well! Matchy matchy!!

My grandmother was here for Christmas again, as is our tradition. She gave Will (and Tom) each $20 - Will was offering it to my mom since she buys so much stuff! He's a pretty sweet kid.
