Fall!

We have had a great autumn. The weather has been better than we could have even dreamed of, letting us go for walks in the conservation area, to the park, and even just to play in our very own back yard.

Here are some pictures of the kids at the Wolfe Island tractor pull. This is a loader full of children:

And here is Will in one of my favourite pictures. I love the juxtaposition of the antique plow with the new windmills. Our kids will never know a world WITHOUT windmills - it's fantastic.

Here's Tom's favourite part of going to Wolfe Island: the cookies the size of his head from the Wolfe Island bakery.

Halloween was also wildly successful, with Batman and Robin getting quite a haul in Grandma's neighbourhood.

We were very lucky to play in our own back yard this fall (which also allowed the adults to rake, clean out gutters, put away rain barrels...) Here is beautiful Will:
